Hi,
I am replacing an old hot tub with a new, 240v tub that expects four wires. The GFCI disconnect I bought also expects four wires. The old tub used 3 wires (two hot and a neutral). Tracing the wiring back, the neutral is connected to ground at the main panel (as are all the other neutrals).
So, how do I connect this 4 wire GFCI (and tub) to a panel that only offers three places to connect (the two hots and the combined neutral/ground)?
Please help.
Thanks!
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
